* coordinate bancarie sulle quali ottenere il bonifico o eventualmente indicare altri metodi di rimborso

Attivata la pratica di recesso – prima di poter restituire i prodotti acquistati - è necessario attendere riscontro, che verrà comunicato tramite e-mail. A qual punto, il cliente dovrà restituire la merce spedendola all'indirizzo da noi indicato .Per la spedizione si consiglia di utilizzare un corriere o altro mezzo idoneo a permettere la rintracciabilità della spedizione. Non si procederà al rimborso della merce oggetto del recesso, qualora non riceva la relativa consegna. Si provvederà ad effettuare l'accredito al cliente dell'importo corrispondente al valore della merce risultante dalla fattura, con esclusione delle spese di spedizione. La merce deve essere accompagnata da eventuale ricevuta fiscale o fattura originale.
ATTENZIONE: il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato solo se la merce è perfettamente integra in ogni sua parte e non usata. Pertanto, le confezioni restituite non devono essere state aperte ed il sigillo di garanzia non deve essere stato rimosso, private dell'involucro o di parti dello stesso, né recare segni di manomissione. Qualora si dovesse ricevere articoli di ritorno danneggiati o manomessi, non si provvederà alla restituzione dell'importo versato per l'acquisto degli stessi.

Return and Refund:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 working days from the receipt‘s date of the goods (art.5 del D.lgs 185/1999). The goods must be returned to the seller. After receipt of the return the seller will pay back the price of the returned goods.In order to have the right to withdraw from the contract it is mandatory to send an email to the seller. In this email you have to clearly declare that you want to withdraw from the contract and you have to include this information:

• Article code number of the returned product

• Bank details to allow the seller to refund the money of the returned goods – or alternative ways to refund the money
  

It is then mandatory that the customer receives the confirmation of the seller before returning back the goods.  Only after having received the confirmation of the seller, the customer can return the goods to the address that will be indicated in the email. The goods must be returned including the original invoice/bill.
